Entered models, preparation choices, check answers, observation notes, dates and care-plan decisions stay in this browser. They are not sent with analytics. We do not ask for serial numbers, photos, names or contact information.

Downloaded files contain the record you choose to export. Review them before sharing with another person. Calendar downloads remain files for you to import into your chosen calendar.

Anonymous usage

Anonymous page views, clicks and active time may be aggregated to improve the site through our shared analytics service. Task events use fixed content IDs and versions. Hidden pages and idle time are excluded by that service. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and your opt-out are respected.

Your saved information

Disabling analytics does not remove saved checklists. Use Clear progress to clear the current task progress, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove all local observations, archives, reminders and care plans. Save any downloads you want to keep first.

Optional advertising

The home page may offer one Adsterra advertisement. Ads stay off until you choose “Allow ads”. The advertising provider receives network information and may use cookies. Its data practices are separate from this site's anonymous usage statistics. Read Adsterra's privacy policy.
