  3. Wipe the front gently without spraying or pouring liquid onto the appliance or controls.

  4. Remove soap residue with the cloth and dry with a soft towel. This task does not require polish; black stainless and anti-fingerprint finishes must not receive stainless steel polish.

  5. Check whether soil was removed or whether the remaining mark is a scratch, discoloration or damaged printing. Do not scrub harder to remove damage.

  • Stop using the dishwasher for smoke, a burning smell, damaged wiring, an active leak or water near electrical equipment. Isolate power and water only from a safe, dry, accessible location; otherwise keep clear and request qualified help.
