The full checklist

Read the sequence before starting. Follow each step only when its preparation and branch conditions are met.

  1. Decide whether you want to continue the saved cycle or deliberately end it. Use the resume task for continuation; a reset discards the current cycle.

  2. With the matching Start / Reset 3 sec control exposed, press and hold Start for approximately 3 seconds until the display reads 0:01.

  3. Close the top-control door promptly as required by the protection described on page 33. Allow about 1 minute while the dishwasher drains; do not repeatedly press controls or open during draining.

  4. When the drain interval is complete, press On/Off. Only if the appliance remains safe, power it on again and select the intended new cycle.

  5. Record whether selection became available. To run the new cycle, press Start and latch the door within 4 seconds; stop if drainage or an error persists.

When to stop

  • Stop using the dishwasher for smoke, a burning smell, damaged wiring, an active leak or water near electrical equipment. Isolate power and water only from a safe, dry, accessible location; otherwise keep clear and request qualified help.
  • Do not remove the pump cover, reach into the pump, open electrical panels, bypass the door interlock or move the installed dishwasher. Refer plumbing connections, installation and repairs to qualified service.
  • Stop if a part is cracked, jammed, sharp, insecure or different from the matching manual. Do not force a fitting or touch hot water. Never mix cleaning products.
Every check and possible next step

Start at “Do you want to end the current saved cycle?”. Choose only what you observed. An unobserved condition is its own answer.

Do you want to end the current saved cycle?

Do you want to end the current saved cycle?

Reset cancels the wash; it is not necessary merely because the door was opened.

Steps for this check: 1.

  • Yes, I deliberately want to end it
Continue to Did the Start hold produce 0:01?.
  • No, I want to continue the saved wash
Observation and next step recorded — Use the cycle-resume task to continue the saved wash. No reset has been recorded.
  • I have not checked this, or cannot observe it safely
Observation still needed — This check is not complete. A condition you have not observed is still unknown. Save the record and return when the preparation and observation can be completed safely; ask support if safe access is uncertain.

Did the Start hold produce 0:01?

Did the Start hold produce 0:01?

Hold the matching control for approximately 3 seconds; do not improvise another button combination.

Steps for this check: 2.

  • 0:01 appeared
Continue to Did the drain interval finish without leakage or a persisting drain problem?.
  • The expected indication did not appear
Pause and request qualified help — The observed condition needs qualified help. Keep the appliance out of use when a safety concern remains. Share the exact model, displayed message and your before/after observations; do not open panels, bypass a lock or access the pump.
  • I have not checked this, or cannot observe it safely
Observation still needed — This check is not complete. A condition you have not observed is still unknown. Save the record and return when the preparation and observation can be completed safely; ask support if safe access is uncertain.

Did the drain interval finish without leakage or a persisting drain problem?

Allow about 1 minute; keep the door latched and observe from outside.

Steps for this check: 3.

  • Water escaped, an error remains or draining did not complete

Can the intended new cycle be selected after switching off and on?

Can the intended new cycle be selected after switching off and on?

Selecting a cycle verifies that the saved cycle was cleared; it does not prove a new wash completed.

Steps for this check: 4, 5.

  • The new cycle can be selected
Observed result recorded — You recorded one normal reset drain and successful selection of a new cycle. This is your observation, not independent confirmation of the appliance condition.
  • The previous cycle still blocks selection
Pause and request qualified help — The observed condition needs qualified help. Keep the appliance out of use when a safety concern remains. Share the exact model, displayed message and your before/after observations; do not open panels, bypass a lock or access the pump.
  • I have not checked this, or cannot observe it safely
Observation still needed — This check is not complete. A condition you have not observed is still unknown. Save the record and return when the preparation and observation can be completed safely; ask support if safe access is uncertain.
